  If I could give them 0 stars I would. My vehicle was vandalized at the end of April. They had my vehicle for over a month for 2 broken windows, damaged door and a damaged muffler. When I finally received my car, it was washed outside which was great. But you can still hear the broken glass move around from the inside of the back end of my car. Not only that, but the damage on the passenger door wasn't even fixed. When I said this to he service member he claims the body work was done to the drivers side door--there was never damage to the drivers side door. I let the man know I would be speaking with my claims adjuster about this and drove off. As I made my way down the street, I notice none of my power windows were working. EXTREMELY SLOPPY WORK! Very disappointing. I will NEVER take my vehicle here ever again.

  Worst dealership ive ever dealt with. A "4 hour job" turned into a 4 day job with no help of a loaner car.I kept getting the run around and it was just awful.I am so glad I bought my in another dealership because i would never want to do business with this dealership again.

  Well after paying my Ford focus in 3 out of 6 years, the Omaha Insurance company send me a refund check of 138 to 139 dollars, but through Hacienda Ford. At first they told me that my check wasn't there in the past two weeks, but when I called the Insurance company, they told that the check was already sent to them a long time ago, so I went in person again telling the situation while I was getting ugly fascial expressions from all the staff, they told me that the check is here,but we can't give it to you until the manager Jennifer Yoder signs it until Monday when she gets back. I don't know because sometimes she's not there or may not want to sign my check. I herd a rumor from a La Hacienda former employee that she may not want to sign documents or checks, WHY because I finished paying the vehicle in half the time, that's not fair! I also herd that the lady handling the checks (Laura) sometimes doesn't like to release checks to the customers! WHY? Are they keeping it for themselves! It's WEIRD that as soon as I called the Insurance company La Hacienda Ford said that they had the check when I went back to them! I've been trying to get it (check) for the past 10 to 14 days, I hope i get it, I hope that the manager signs it! ANYWAYS GOD SPEED and help those who have been hurt by LA Hacienda Ford here in Edinburg, Texas. P.S. My past experiences with La Hacienda Ford in Edinburgh, Tx have been fine/OK, but this delay is to much for me, it changes the way my trust, curiosity, confidence, and other similar terms the way I feel about them. I HOPE I GET MY CHECK with no delays!
