  This bank is the slowest bank ever. They need to make the sign at the drive thru bigger. The manager and his staff need to work on having better customer service. I'm so glad I bank with IBC they are simply the best.

  still can't deposit on the outside machines and the lines are ridiculous with only one person working the inside . very unprofessional.

  Went to cash a check on a Saturday, there was a line of over 50 people and only one teller. When I asked the manager to get someone else to help out, the manager very rudely responded with "that is all there is", and thretened to call the police becasue I was being to rowdy. TERRIBLE customer service does not even begin to describe what this coward of a so called man did and said to me. Horrible bank to do business with, Bank of America, better call it Skank of America.
